Bridge of Light

Bridge of Light is a non-profit organization committed to supporting at-risk and unhoused individuals in Atlanta to change their personal narratives through empowerment, services, and resources. Whether you are at-risk of, currently experiencing, or transitioning from a houseless or low-income situation, their goal is to provide tools, guidance, and safe spaces that act as a light in dark times and help to restore the hope that encountering houselessness (and the surrounding stigmas) can diminish.  

They believe that having your basic needs met is key to living a life of dignity and the ability to thrive. While some might take for granted a simple shower and haircut, these services can be the turning point in someone else’s life who is looking for self-sufficiency and a way to shift their trajectory. Bridge of Light believes that when people live dignified lives, they can contribute better as members of their communities.
